Product obtained from Hazelnut of the species Corylus Avellana, cultivar Tonda Gentile Trilobata whose production is concentrated in the provinces of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria, in an area between the hills of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. The I.G.P. designation assures users and consumers of the quality and authenticity of the product. Product obtained by refining roasted I.G.P. Piedmont Hazelnuts, hand-selected in two stages. Subsequent blending with other ingredients.
