Product obtained from Hazelnut of the species Corylus Avellana, cultivar Tonda Gentile Trilobata, grown in the vocated areas of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, between the provinces of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria.
I.G.P. certification guarantees quality, traceability and authenticity of the raw material.
The carefully roasted hazelnuts are double-optically sorted and hand-finished, then finely ground to a homogeneous flour, ideal for pastries and high-quality preparations.
