Unlike flowering honeys, honeydew is distinguished by a more intense and complex aromatic profile.
The palate recalls notes of plum jam and refermented must, with a less pronounced and more structured sweetness.
Versatile in pairings, it is particularly suitable with cheeses of all ages.
